What has changed on ToolzGo, newest first.

Faster search, tool-first pages and a new look

  • Search every tool from anywhere with the search box in the header (press Ctrl/⌘+K or “/”). It understands typos and synonyms.
  • Tool pages now put the tool first, with the explanation below it, and show the same breadcrumb, favourite and share controls everywhere.
  • Image compressor: process many images at once, download them as a ZIP, choose JPG/PNG/WebP, aim for a target file size, resize while compressing, keep or strip photo details, and compare before/after with a slider.
  • Image converter: now writes real BMP and GIF files (they were previously saved as PNG with the wrong extension), supports batches, and can preselect the output format from a link.
  • Image resizer: batch resizing, three modes, and files keep their own format (it previously always saved PNG data).
  • Paste an image with Ctrl/⌘+V or drop a file anywhere on an image tool page, and pass a result to the next tool without uploading it again.
  • JSON formatter: error line and column highlighted in the text, syntax colours, line numbers, tree view, 2/4/tab indentation, side-by-side layout and download.
  • New PDF compressor, new “How we process your files” page, a contact form, and a roadmap for tools we have not built yet.
  • One brand colour in light and dark mode, stronger contrast, bigger tap targets, a “Skip to content” link and a Light/Dark/System theme choice.
  • Install ToolzGo to your home screen and use tools you have opened before without a connection.
  • Removed thousands of near-duplicate “one number per page” converter pages in favour of a few dozen pages with tables, worked examples and real explanations.
  • The tool count on every page is now calculated from the live tool list, and unfinished tools are no longer listed anywhere.
